<p><strong>Experience:</strong><br />
These 3 types of noodles are among my favorites. They taste good, very close to regular Italian pasta, and have a nice pasta texture.</p>
<p>You an cook them al-dente or softer, just the way you like it. Unlike some other gluten-free pasta they do not have a taste that wants to compete with your pasta sauce, which is quite nice.</p>

Rice flour, water, modified tapioca starch.</p>
<p><strong>Where To Buy:</strong><br />
If you are in the US you might be able to buy Notta pasta at Albertsons, in the natural foods or pasta isle. I actually found these pasta at our local Albertsons store. But only once. Now I order them online directly from the manufacturer.</p>
